Welcome to TechTees.co.uk! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of products from our print-on-demand store. By placing an order on TechTees.co.uk, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

1. Orders and Modifications

  • Order Modifications: You may edit or cancel your order using the "My Account" feature until 23:45 (Europe/London Timezone) on the same day the order is placed. After this time, your order will proceed to production and will be considered final. No further changes or cancellations can be made after this time.

2. Current Promotions and Special Offers

  • Buy any 3, get a 4th Tee Free: This offer (where available) allows a TechTees.co.uk customer adding any three (3) items (from the TechTees.co.uk store) to the basket the ability to add an additional further item of one (1) Printed T-Shirt to the basket (known as the "promotional item"), and receive a 100% discount on the promotional item. 
  • Repeating Offer: This offer can be repeated in order to receive additional promotional items, in the same proportions, for example: adding any six (6) items from the TechTees.co.uk store to the basket will result in the ability to add two (2) 100% discounted promotional items. This repeatability is limited up to a maximum order value of £250.00 British Pounds (GBP).
  • General Terms: All promotions and special offers are offered at the discretion of the store and therefore may be withdrawn for future orders at any time. 
  • Good Faith: All promotions and special offers are provided to store customers in good faith. Attempts to bypass offer restrictions via technical or other methods, or to use the offer outside of the implied or stated terms of the offer, will result in order cancellation and full refund of any monies paid.

3. Returns Policy

  • Incorrect Size: We do not accept returns for items ordered in the incorrect size. It is your responsibility to check the applicable size chart as linked on the product page before making a purchase. Note that the sizing for our ranges differs, please check you are looking at the correct size guide for the product you wish to order. Please ensure you select the correct size as returns or exchanges for size-related issues will not be processed.

  • Faulty Items: We accept returns only for items that are faulty. This includes errors such as incorrect printing, stitching issues, or other manufacturing defects. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us via the webform on our website. Faulty/defective items must be reported within 14 calendar days of your receipt of the item and must be returned in original, unworn, unwashed condition in order to be refunded.

4. Reporting Issues

  • Initial Contact: If you encounter any issues with your order, please raise your concern through the webform available on our website as the first point of contact. You can also contact us via email at orders@techtees.co.uk or by telephone on 02393 553 459. Calls are charged at your network operators standard rate.

  • Response Time: Please allow up to 24 hours for us to respond to your inquiry. Response times may be longer during exceptionally busy periods, such as holidays.

5. Delivery and Shipping

  • TechTees.co.uk utilises multiple fulfilment centres. Therefore, orders of more than one product or product type could arrive in separate packages. 

  • PRINTED T-SHIRTS, listed as "PREMIUM T-SHIRT"

    • Free Delivery: Our items are printed on demand and typically take 5 working days to arrive on your doorstep. However, during exceptionally busy periods, delivery times may extend up to 10 working days. (Applicable to Printed T-Shirts only).

    • Christmas Season: During the Christmas season, please allow up to 15 working days for delivery. The final suggested date for delivery before Christmas Eve is 15 working days prior to Christmas Eve. (Applicable to Printed T-Shirts only). TechTees.co.uk does not guarantee delivery prior to any particular date on any order.

  • EMBROIDERED POLO SHIRTS, listed as "PREMIUM PROFESSIONAL POLO"

    • Free Delivery: Our items are embroidered on demand and typically take 7-10 working days to arrive on your doorstep. However, during exceptionally busy periods, delivery times may extend up to 20 working days. (Applicable to Embroidered Polo Shirts only).

    • Christmas Season: During the Christmas season, please allow up to 20 working days for delivery. The final suggested date for delivery before Christmas Eve is 20 working days prior to Christmas Eve. (Applicable to Embroidered Polo Shirts only). TechTees.co.uk does not guarantee delivery prior to any particular date on any order.

6. Service and Product Availability

  • Service Withdrawal: We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any part of our service or any products listed on our website at any time and for any reason, at our sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, the discontinuation of specific products or the temporary unavailability of our services. We shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from such withdrawal or modification.

  • Product Availability: Should your product be unavailable, TechTees.co.uk Customer Service may contact you to discuss any options we may have to fulfil your order (including but not limited to: substitutions, alternatives) and will issue a full refund to your original payment method should you wish to cancel. Should TechTees.co.uk Customer Service not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, your order will be refunded in full to your original payment method. If alternative routes to fulfil your order are not possible, your order will be refunded in full to your original payment method.

7. Order Cancellation by TechTees.co.uk

  • Cancellation of Orders: We reserve the right to cancel any order, at our discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to stock limitations, issues with payment processing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. In the event that we cancel your order, you will be notified via email, and any payment made will be refunded in full.

8. Website Updates and Errors

  • Website Updates: We reserve the right to update, modify, or correct the website at any time for any reason, including but not limited to resolving errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. No compensation will be offered for any errors or omissions. We encourage you to carefully check the wording, design, and details of the t-shirts as shown on the product page before placing your order, as what is shown is what will be printed.

9. Distance Selling Regulations Exclusion

  • Made-to-Order Exclusion: Please note that all items (unless stated) purchased from TechTees.co.uk are made to order and are therefore excluded from the Distance Selling Regulations. As such, you do not have the automatic right to cancel your order once it has gone to print, except in cases of fault or defect.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • TechTees.co.uk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of our products. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the item purchased by you.

11. Amendments to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
